Working Hours | Course 1 & 2: Shift-based working at a warehouse (actual working hours of 7.5 hours/day) , Home Office's standard working hours is 9:00 - 18:00 (staggered working hours arrangement is available) Course 3 & 4: Shift-based working (actual working hours of 7.5 hours/day) |
Holidays, Vacations, and Leave of Absence | 5-day workweek, 120 days of annual company holidays Annual paid vacation (10 days after 6 months of continuous employment), paid sick leave, maternity leave, child nursing leave, child care leave (many cases of male employees taking long-term childcare leave), nursing care leave, special leave etc. |
Monthly Wage | Min.¥260,000 per month (Non-managerial positions are paid at an hourly rate, starting rate is ¥1,500 per hour) *Overtime is fully paid for all overtime hours worked. No deemed or fixed overtime pay. |
Pay Rise | Automatic pay rise system Receive a pay rise every 1,000 worked hours (about every 6 months) until you reach the top rate. |
